Wesley has extensive experience in C-level and board positions across the technology and business sectors. Since October 2020, he has served as the CEO of CUBIO Innovation Hub, where he leads efforts to foster innovation and support startups in scaling their operations effectively within Houston’s technology landscape.

In addition to his role at CUBIO, Wesley has been the CEO and Technology & Business Consultant at Headway Idea Labs since October 2013, guiding entrepreneurs and startups to strengthen their market positions and develop effective business strategies. Since August 2020, he has also held the position of COO at Intelliaide, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

Furthermore, Wesley is a Board Member at Guzo, where since January 2020, he has been instrumental in strategic decision-making and guiding corporate governance. His roles across these organizations underscore his leadership in driving growth and enhancing strategic operations in the tech industry. Wesley has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Northeastern University.
